You Don't Need to Become a Bitch to Have Boundaries.
You need to become the woman who trusts herself enough to speak up, stand her ground, and stop abandoning herself to keep everyone else comfortable.
Boundaries are not just about saying NO. They’re about knowing who the hell You are!
Your boundaries are a declaration:
This is who I am.
This is what feels right.
This is what I will, and won't, accept.
This is how you honor yourself without shutting people out.
And who better to be than you?
Over the course of this 8 week program, Rocky K will guide you back to your intuition, your voice, and your power. You can create boundaries that feel true to you, advocate for yourself with confidence, and stop abandoning who you are to keep everyone else comfortable.
Are You a Boundary Baby Bitch or a Boundary Super Bitch?
The Boundary Baby Bitch
You know you need boundaries. You just can't seem to actually hold them.
You say yes when you mean no.
You worry about disappointing people.
You over-explain.
You make yourself small so as to not take up space
You avoid conflict
You end up resentful and burnt out.
The Boundary Super Bitch
You’ve been hurt enough that protection has become your default.
Your boundaries have become walls.
You push people away that care about you
Being “safe” now feels lonely
You cut people off instead of communicating.
You use “boundaries” to control situations.
And sometimes your protection is keeping people out who don't actually need to be kept out.
THERE'S A THIRD OPTION: THE BOUNDARY BITCH
She trusts herself.
She pauses before she responds.
She knows what feels right for her.
She can say no without guilt—and yes without resentment.
She respects other people's boundaries as much as her own.
And she doesn't waste her energy on unhealed people's bullshit.
She's neither a doormat nor a fortress.
She has her own fucking back.
The Boundary Bitch Manifesto
A Boundary Bitch knows who the hell she is.
She knows what she wants, what she needs, what nourishes her—
and what no longer gets access to her energy.
She trusts herself enough to pause before saying yes and
brave enough to say no without writing a fucking dissertation about why.
She can be loving and have limits.
Compassionate and choose herself.
Flexible without abandoning herself.
She doesn’t confuse guilt with doing something wrong.
She knows someone else’s disappointment
doesn’t mean she made the wrong decision.
She trusts her gut.
She protects her peace.
She owns her shit.
And she stops carrying everyone else’s.
She can change her mind.
She can disappoint people.
She can set the boundary she should’ve set years ago.
And she can do all of it without becoming
cold, selfish, rigid, or someone she doesn’t recognize.
Because becoming a Boundary Bitch
isn’t about learning how to push people away.
It’s about learning how to stop abandoning
yourself just to keep them close.
You aren’t becoming a bitch.
You’re becoming the woman who finally trusts herself,
chooses herself, and has her own fucking back.
Because Boundaries Aren't Just About Saying No.
They're about what you believe you're allowed to want.
Whether you trust your intuition.
Whether you can tolerate someone being disappointed in you.
Whether you believe your needs matter.
Whether you feel safe standing behind your own decisions.
By the end of this course you’ll be able to differentiate:
Intuition vs. Fear
Self-protection vs. Control
Compassion vs. People-pleasing
Connection vs. Self-abandonment
The Boundary Bitch Method
Stop carrying the weight of everyone else’s expectations. Let go of the guilt, and live from a place of self-trust
This is about trusting yourself enough to know what’s a hell yes, what’s a hell no, and having the vagina to honor both.
AWARENESS
See it.
See where you're overgiving, resentful, saying yes when you mean no, or abandoning yourself to keep the peace.
UNCOVER
Clear it.
Clear the shit that's covering up the real you—the wounds, conditioning, expectations, and old patterns that make it hard to trust yourself.
TUNE-IN
Hear yourself.
Learn to separate your own inner knowing from the fear, guilt, stress, and opinions of everyone around you.
EMBODY
Know yourself.
Know who you are, what matters to you, what you need, and what feels right for you.
COMMUNICATE
Say it.
Express your needs, desires, limits, and boundaries without shrinking, apologizing, or writing a fucking dissertation.
HOLD
Stand by yourself.
Stay rooted in your boundary even when someone pushes back, gets disappointed, or wants the old version of you back.
See it → Clear it → Hear yourself → Know yourself → Say it → Hold it
MAYBE YOU RECOGNIZE HER...
RIGHT NOW
She says yes and immediately regrets it.
She has a hard time disappointing people.
She feels selfish when she prioritizes herself.
She explains herself hoping someone will understand.
She knows something feels wrong—but talks herself out of it.
She's tired of being “the nice one.”
Or she's finally setting boundaries and worries she's becoming too harsh.
She's exhausted from being either a doormat or a fortress.
NOW IMAGINE HER 8 WEEKS FROM NOW...
She can say no without writing a three-paragraph explanation —
or reliving the conversation 800 times.
She can hear “I'm disappointed” without immediately changing her mind.
She trusts that little voice in her gut.
She recognizes when a boundary has been crossed.
She communicates what she needs without attacking or apologizing.
She stops taking responsibility for everyone else's emotions.
She can have boundaries without building walls.
She finally feels safe being herself.
That woman isn't someone you need to become. She's who we're uncovering underneath all the bullshit.

Meet Rocky K
I wasn’t born a Boundary Bitch.
I was raised to be the good girl. Work hard. Be helpful. Do what was expected. Keep people happy. And somewhere along the way, I got really fucking good at adjusting myself to make things easier for everyone else.
For years, I didn’t even recognize that as self-abandonment.
I just thought I was being nice.
Helpful.
A good daughter. A good friend. A good woman.
But healing has a funny way of showing you where you've been betraying yourself in the name of keeping the peace.
And then I had two daughters.
Both sweet. Both loving. And both perfectly capable of looking at me and saying, “No.”
No dissertation.
No spiraling.
No desperate need to convince me that their no is valid.
And even though I raised them to be that way, sometimes their confidence still stuns me.
And secretly? It makes me so damn proud.
Because I think about the women I've admired throughout my life—the ones who knew who they were, spoke their truth, and weren't afraid to say, “No, that doesn't work for me,” or “You cannot speak to me like that.”
Sometimes those women got called bitches.
Maybe they were onto something.
That’s part of what inspired Boundary Bitch.
But after years of coaching women and doing healing work, I know boundaries aren't just about learning the right words to say.
We have to go underneath them.
We have to look at why you don't trust your no.
Why someone else's disappointment feels like an emergency.
Why you override what your body is telling you.
Why guilt makes you question yourself.
Why you keep looking outside yourself for permission to do what you already know is right for you.
That's what makes Boundary Bitch different.
We start with your inner knowing.
We build self-trust.
We clear some of the bullshit that's been drowning out your voice.
Then we learn how to set the damn boundary.
Because I don't want you to become harder, colder, or less compassionate.
I want you to become so rooted in who you are that you can love people deeply without abandoning yourself in the process.
You are worthy of feeling wildly free, confident, and at peace.
And remember...
You are the Magic,
Rocky K

But What If…
“They get mad at me?”
They might.
“They think I'm selfish?”
They might.
“What if they don't like my boundary?”
They don't have to.
“What if I feel guilty?”
You probably will at first.
“What if I'm afraid I'll become the Boundary Super Bitch?”
That's exactly why we're learning the difference between boundaries and control.
Someone else's discomfort doesn't automatically mean you've done something wrong.
FAQs
Is this for people who are really bad at boundaries?
1
Yes! And it is for those that have too many boundaries
What if I'm already pretty good at boundaries?
2
This is not just about setting boundaries, this is about trusting your inner knowing. Knowing where thoughts, feelings and beliefs started. For example, do you really want to be a mom or is that just is expected of you because you are a woman?
What if I'm afraid of confrontation?
3
That is totally normal. We will learn tactics to say no that feels true to who we are. We learn who we are at our core and eventually it will feel like a bigger betrayal not staying true to her vs making others feel comfortable. And if I am being honest, I am afraid of confrontation too.
What if someone doesn't respect my boundary?
4
That is where we really step into our power. Stay firm. And if we need to, restrict their access to you. (Easier said than done. It is a process).
Do boundaries mean cutting people off?
5
Sometimes—but cutting someone off isn't the goal. Healthy boundaries are about communicating what you need and deciding what access someone gets when they repeatedly refuse to respect it.
Oh gosh no. We will be working on boundaries in our jobs, our daily tasking, our time and more!
Is this about relationships only?
6
Forever.
How long do I have access?
7
You Can Keep Choosing Everyone Else Or… You Can Finally Choose Yourself
Your boundaries aren't about becoming harder.
They're about becoming more honest.
More connected to yourself.
More trusting of your intuition.
And more willing to honor what you already know.
It's time to stop abandoning yourself.
